Going forward
stay home if having symptoms with a fever or testing positive
Please bring and wear a mast if coughing or sneezing  with no fever
no water fountain  /please bring non spill water bottles
hand sanitizing/washing
​keep a 3 ' or greater distance
​we continue with our fresh air exchange mitigation

CovidUpdate: 10/5/2021
      The cooperation of the Parents and Students combined with our protocols and  our facility have resulted in no reported cases of shared or close contact.
This is the result of :
ventilation: exchanged air as opposed to recirculated , And the abundance of air movement
staying with 6' spacing
staying with masking
staying well below the allowed number of students
staying with sanitizing when entering & between events
Staying with limit of 1  adult (six feet apart) for each student in observation area. This Delta uptake mitigation will be lifted  ASAP
Though we still are staggering start times we have gone to sharing entering/exiting areas.

State/CDC  : We are following their guidelines and will open when authorities give the green light. Indicators are June.
Mitigation plan
1 limiting size and number of groups thru start/end time staggering
2. extra ventilation.  our facility already had this
3. address the physical distancing requirements to match our physical exercising .  
4. face mask use for instructors and optional for student when distanced.  And all when closer then safe.. Our area is small so please wear facemasks during drop off and pick up.
5. hand cleaning / sanitizing when entering building and at each event .. 
7. we will be using separate entrance & exit doors thru summer.
    Drop off / pick up cues and traffic flow will be set up as well.

9. do not send your  athlete to practice if they a fever or a cough or is sneezing
10. only one adult per athlete  at the entrance or exit key. 
11. our small observation area is  limited to one masked parent only  per athlete. As there is not enough room up stairs to maintain a  6' space between everyone if all parents go up face mask are required ,  We are investigating the installation of a secure remote online  viewing from the parking lot.
12. only one person in the bathroom at a time. Unless it is the parent with their child athlete.
 Sanitizing
 we will be sanitizing each day after practice with an overnite wet application
again: the athletes will be required to use hand sanitizer before class,before going to each event,and when they leave.
